Ethics Statement

The Members and Staff of the Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association (TACA) shall subscribe to the following statements when engaged in any and all activities pertaining to TACA, its purpose and activities;

    1. Each Member has the responsibility to conduct business in such a manner as to support the achievement of the TACA Vision Statement:

      The Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association will become the preferred source of information, advocacy, and leadership for representing the ready-mix concrete, aggregates, cement, and related materials industry in Texas.
    2. In our relationships with TACA members, consumers, legislative bodies, and the general public, we believe and affirm that each member has the responsibility to conduct him or herself in a manner that positively promotes not only their own business interest but also the industry as a whole. TACA members pledge to conduct themselves with the utmost integrity in all market, legislative and community activities.
